Perpetual Giving Fund

The statistics are staggering.  What they show is a trend that is troubling for all non-profit groups.  It's become harder and harder for non-profit groups to find volunteers to work in their program, and sufficient funding to keep the programs operating.  The same is true for churches.

Those of us who love God and believe that the church is an essential instrument in God's plan of salvation have a unique opportunity.  A few years ago, the former Board of Trustees had the foresight to establish the Perpetual Giving Fund, which provides those who love the church with the opportunity to provide for the church they love long after they themselves are gone.  The perpetual giving fund helps folks to remember the church in their wills or to give a gift in memory of a loved one.  These gifts are put into an account where the principal remains intact, but the interest may be used to support the church's mission and ministry.

Do you love the church?  Do you want to see it continue long after you are gone?  If so, we invite you to consider either giving a gift to the Perpetual Giving Fund, or by keeping the church in mind as you make out your will.  We also invite you to contact the Finance Board through the church office if you have any questions about the fund or how you might go about contributing to the fund.

We thank you for your consideration.
